reviewflow is a business software service that helps local operators send review requests,
route positive customer feedback toward public review pages, and capture lower-rated feedback privately.
reviewflow also offers optional human-delivered onboarding and setup help.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate account and business information.
- You are responsible for access to your account, device security, and staff permissions.
- You may not use ReviewFlow to send unlawful, deceptive, spam, or abusive messages.
Billing
- Paid subscriptions and one-time onboarding services are billed through Paddle.
- Subscription renewals, payment methods, and cancellations are managed through the billing portal.
- Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
- Renewal charges are not refundable after a renewal has been processed.
- Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not reverse charges already paid.
Refund policy
reviewflow offers a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases. Refund requests must be sent
to reviewflow26@gmail.com within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
Customer data
You are responsible for the customer contact data and message content you submit to ReviewFlow.
You must have the right to contact your customers and to process their data for review and service follow-up purposes.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or modify the service over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability,
but we aim to operate the service on a commercially reasonable basis.
